In partnership with Guittard’s Chef Donald Wressell, baker and avid cyclist Lentine Alexis will present a hands-on class all about ‘functional chocolate’--teaching about its nutritive benefits, function and how to craft recipes (including Adaptogenic Bon Bons and Crispy Coconut Chocolate Bars for backpacks) that maximize its delicious health properties.
The class will also be followed on Sunday, June 2 with an optional guided bike ride led by Lentine herself. Partners for this ride include Specialized, Ursa Major Sunscreen, and Topo packs. Attendees will not only walk away with delicious chocolate inspiration, but also with goodies from brand partners.
