A TASTE OF SHADE: Experience our first chef wine pairing dinner featuring Chef De Cuisine, Chef Graham Norton.
Chef Graham has thoughtfully prepared a 4-course dinner with hand-selected wines from DAOU. Courses include Hamachi Crudo with a blackberry vinaigrette, Chorizo Stuff Calamari, New York Strip Loin and a Spice Poached Banana. Tickets are $125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Chef Graham brings over 18 years of culinary experience to Shade Hotel Manhattan Beach’s restaurant, zinc@shade! Norton has spent most of his life in Southern California and has a strong passion for the abundant produce and seasonal ingredients that California offers. Coming from a large family, he loves how food brings people together. In his role as Chef De Cuisine at zinc@shade his vision is to have a relatable, seafood-heavy, fun menu that is aligned with the luxury and contemporary style of the Shade brand and aims to provide guests with a memorable and elevated culinary experience.
