The goal of Memorial Day Mindfulness Weekend is to provide mental healing, liberation, and empowerment for all who attend and honor those who fought for liberty in the U.S., Haiti and abroad.
Our event uses the acronym H.H.E.E.A.L. to symbolize and focus attention on several aspects of the culture and the needs of our Leimert Park community, namely History, Health, ‘Education, Economics, Arts and Leadership.
