Co-Owner, Jesse “Tex” Feldman was named after his grandfather, Tex, who made his home in Los Angeles in the early 1940’s. The name Chez Tex pays homage to our family-run business. We serve Cali-French cuisine in a gallery-like space. Husband and wife owners, Jesse and Hayley are Westside locals who strive to offer the Venice community a delicious, intimate dining experience in a design-forward environment by the beach; a project nearly 3 years in the making.
